Open Queue And New Story-Saving Method RSS

Hello,

The queue will be open for about a month for now, depending on how many submissions come through. All submissions will bypass the queue. However, if there is anything technical or inappropriate in your story, I will modify it after the period. If you notice any authors abusing this--although I would hope not--please just report them to me. :)

I've also changed the site from storing stories from databases to files and folders. I'm hoping this will cut down on any database load, and because we're relatively small, it didn't take me a long time to transfer. However, there may be a few nuances in text and/or display, again, please contact me as I most likely won't be aware of them. Secondly, words may be banned from your story chapters; I have no control over this. If you come across any words that forbid you to properly submit your story, please contact me and then remedy the solution by placing <!> in between the word. It doesn't appear, it just separates the word in the text, but appears as a normal, single word.

If you go to add a new story, you'll also see I've been busy adding new categories, classifications and characters. I think it might be a bit more organised now; you can sort by length via the search. Hopefully this system will be more easier to use! I've edited everyone's stories to represent some relevancy to their fic and the new options; hopefully this is all correct with minor errors.

Happy ficcing!

Welcome to Jordan College. :)

There are still things that aren't done/aren't displaying correctly. If you can find anything -- please comment on this news article (which I haven't entirely customised yet!) or contact. Similarly, if there's anything you're not sure on -- comment or contact.

With that said, I encourage you to submit! I'm currently validating all submissions (along as they're not plagiarised or particularly heinous) and editing them, also.

If you don't receive an e-mail with your password -- please let me know.
